Statement

We have been made aware of a post on LinkedIn and would like to add to it as there seems to be missing information. Kate LIttlefield lost her position within Coolmedia through breach of company confidentiality and malicious threats. All of which came from Kate and her camp and people associated with the Ballers League and her Partner James Caton and Neil Weaver

On the post its also missing the information that Kate was paid in full for July and she only worked a couple of days in August. the company (Coolmedia) lost a couple of clients in July and had a delay in payments from clients through the holidays which made cash flow tight and payments were delayed to staff, however staff were kept up to date on each occasion.

All was in place for August to settle the employees fee however Kate and partner turned up to a Liverpool Network event, and told a half story leaving out the above which in turn lead to more people delaying payments or not fulfilling contracts.

This week we have been working tirelessly putting out fires and delivering work whilst trying to run and host events with the prospect of still paying Kate here 8 days worked for August (still no emails sent, no meetings had, no calls made no work done or evidenced) to bottom out the employee so both parties can move on even taking into account the above. However todays post paints myself and the company in a bad light with missed information.

Ballers League will be notified of the above and will be leaving Tonys number up for all to see.

Kate still hasn’t returned company property in the form of a laptop either – value £400.00

More threats received by James Caton 16:05 on the back of the post over the phone
